Hello and welcome to our escape from everydaylife!

Follow us (Roberto and Jonas) on our first trip on motorbikes.

We can’t stand the idea of a life so trapped in routines that time just goes by practically unoticed. What a nightmare it would be to “wake up” in ten years time, look back, and regret not going on that trip, on that vaccation, on that adventure.

So that’s why we have decided to do what we really want to do, and right now that happens to be an adventure on motorbikes! Since it’s winter in Sweden during 8 out of 12 months we decided to go to South America instead.

Our planning can be called deficient at best. Regarding the route anyway…things never turn out the way we plan anyway…so why bother to much? We want to flyfish in Patagonia, walk the inka trail to Machu Picchu, see the Iguazu falls in Argentina and…everything else in between!

Each of us rides one BMW F650GS Dakar 2003. This bike has a good reputation and we hope they will live up to it! Having the same kind of bike will make a lot of things easier anyway.

Since we primarily speak swedish most of our blog posts will be in…yes, swedish. But we definitely want all of our english speaking friends to follow us on our trip so we will do our best to write in english as well. We love taking photos so expect a lot of nice pictures!
